Katherine Rhadans is a writer, speaker, and digital creator who launched the Instagram account No Wine in the Carpool Line (now @KatRhadans) in 2022 to inspire women and mothers to find the courage to seek the help they need to get sober. She created the space because she couldn’t stand the thought of one more woman sitting alone, crying, believing something was wrong with her- when in reality, she was simply a “perfect” mother on the outside, quietly unraveling on the inside under the weight of addiction.

What began as a small corner of the internet offering honesty and hope has grown into a vibrant community of more than 34,000 engaged followers. Katherine has been featured on television, podcasts, and in magazines across the United States and the United Kingdom. Known for her brutal honesty, sharp wit, and touch of self-deprecation, she has become a recognized voice in the alcohol-free space, partnering with wellness and lifestyle brands around the world.

A mother of five and married for 12 years to “the most wonderful man in the world,” Katherine continues to use her platform to celebrate authenticity, recovery, and the imperfect, beautiful chaos of family life.

She’ll have 12 years of continuous sobriety in January 2026.
